CoverageIs the assessment actually free, or is it a sales call?

It is free and there is no commitment. A senior engineer reviews your environment and you keep the prioritized action plan whether or not you work with us — including if you hand it to your current IT provider.

PricingHow long does it take and who needs to be involved?

Budget a 30-minute call to walk through your setup. We need someone who can answer questions about your systems and, for the tenant review, an administrator who can grant read access to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

CoverageWhat do I actually receive at the end?

A written action plan covering security posture, cloud collaboration settings, and backup recoverability — with findings ranked by risk so you can see what to fix first and what can wait.

CoverageDo you need access to our systems?

For the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace audit we ask for read-only administrative access. Nothing is changed during the assessment. If you would rather not grant access, we can run a narrower review from what you can share on the call.

CoverageDo you assess businesses outside the GTA?

The free assessment is for businesses in the Greater Toronto Area, since it can include an on-site visit. We are based in Vaughan and cover York Region, Peel Region, and the Toronto core.

Yes — a second opinion is one of the most common reasons offices book it. The report is written so it can be handed straight to your current provider as a work list, with no obligation to switch.
